For the past few years running, Foose Design has been fortunate to present a unique Foose vehicle at SEMA.  We are proud this year that the WD-40® / SEMA Cares project vehicle we are working on is on behalf of Childhelp and Victory Junction Gang Camps - two great SEMA Cares charities.  These two groups do great things for children and their families, and I am thrilled to help out in a small way.
I can't tell you the make and model of the car we are working on, but I can tell you what I am doing to the car.  First, my design is based on a retro theme, with cool graphics and detailed paint.  BASF contributed all the paint and materials from their water based Glasurit 90 Line, artfully painted by my friend Mitch Lanzini of Lanzini Body Works.  Believe me, when you see this car in person you will appreciate how detailed the paintwork is. Mike Spagnola and his crew at Street Scene artfully interpreted my sketches for a unique front and rear spoiler, and created awesome finished pieces.  Finishing off the paint will be Dennis Ricklifs and his talents with a pinstriping brush. My buddy John Hotchkis supplied a great Hotchkis TVS Suspension System to give this car total handling performance.  MHT and Mike Curtis have provided a custom set of one-off, CNC machined, 22" Foose Design wheels wrapped in performance Pirelli Tires.  Magnaflow contributed one of their stainless steel Cat back systems with very cool quad outlets, the sound on the car is guaranteed to be strong! The headrests have a WD-40® brand logo embroidered by Katzkin and I will be including a couple of my FOOSE logo badges on the interior door panels. Advanced Clutch Technologies has supplied one of their Street Twin clutch kits to insure all the power from this Muscle Car makes it to the street. Stay tuned for more details to follow on this project.
The unveiling will be at the SEMA Show Tuesday Nov. 1 at 2pm in the Grand Lobby. If you're there, come by and join us, it's going to be a fun event!
