CHIP FOOSE LENDS HIS DRIVE TO RIDEMAKERZ, A FUN, NEW WAY TO BRING A CUSTOMIZED RIDE HOME
Chip Foose has teamed up with RIDEMAKERZ, an innovative, fun, new retail experience that offers kidz from 6 to 106 the opportunity to create cool, one-of-a kind RIDEZ. The RIDEMAKERZ experience invites guests, or “Customizers,” into the ultimate car-customizing shop where they can CHOOZE, SONICIZE, MOTORIZE, MOBILIZE, CUSTOMIZE, PERSONALIZE and CRUIZE™ one-of-a-kind RIDEZ.
Between the body styles and colors, tires and wheels, lights and sounds, accessories (such as blown engines, side pipes, grill guards, V8 Engine Overhead Cam) and decals, RIDEMAKERZ estimates there are more than 649,000,000 possible combinations, not including individual decal placement. “The RIDEMAKERZ experience is pure fun, and the process is designed to spark creativity, encourage collaboration and build confidence,” says RIDEMAKERZ ZEO (CEO) Larry Andreini. The car culture has inspired everything from the shop design to the smallest automotive details and styles range from a flat-black retro Hot Rod inspired by Chip to a silver streak Ford Super Chief Concept. The durable, molded plastic cars and trucks have been designed with great care and include race cars, pick-ups, and concept cars and trucks.
RIDEMAKERZ has agreements with Ford Motor Company to offer the Ford Mustang and the Ford Super Chief Alternative Fuel Concept Truck, and Dodge, a trademark of the DaimlerChrysler Corporation, to offer the Dodge Ram and the Dodge Challenger Concept car. Chip, along with hundreds of eager “Customizers,” journeyed to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, recently to celebrate RIDEMAKERZ’ Grand Opening while the eagerly exploring the Shop and creating their own personalized RIDEZ. As he so often does during his public appearances, Chip spent time mingling with the crowd and signing the one-of-a-kind RIDEZ made by visiting “Customizers” and the CRUIZE CASES that held the finished RIDEZ for the trip home. The crowd in Myrtle Beach reflected the broad interest in car-customizing, drawing visitors of all ages. Chip isn’t surprised. “This project is close to my heart,” says Foose. “I learned about car-customizing from my Dad, and now I get to help pass that experience on to fathers, sons and families across America.” In fact, Chip will have the opportunity to share a RIDEMAKERZ experience with eager "Customizers" when he travels to the Twin Cities next month for the Grand Opening of the second RIDEMAKERZ Shop at Mall of America on July 20th. If you can't make it to Myrtle Beach or Mall of America, you can visit www.RIDEMAKERZ.com to customize and purchase your own one-of-a-kind RIDE. |
