We sell quality, inspected merchandise and want to make sure that you're happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for exchange or refund.

Method of Payment
We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express). Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.

Confirmation of Order
You will receive email confirmation of your order.

Standard Delivery
We ship UPS Ground within the Continental United States. All orders must carry a street address and telephone number. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 5 business days. Items ordered together usually arrive together. If it is necessary to ship items separately Shipping and Handling will be charged only once, against the first shipment. Sorry, we are not able to ship to PO or FPO boxes but we do ship (via Priority Mail) to APO boxes.

Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available at extra cost. Please email or call Customer Service for an estimate of charges.

Sales Tax
California sales tax applies to orders shipped within or to California.

Order Tracking
Orders shipped by UPS within the Continental United States may be tracked by accessing My Account.

International Orders
Orders outside the continental United States are shipped International First Class or Priority Mail International. Orders to foreign countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and may be delayed in customs.

Damaged Deliveries
If you receive merchandise damaged in delivery please email or call Customer Service and we will arrange reshipment or refund if the item is out of stock. In order for us to file a claim against the carrier you should retain the original shipping carton and the damaged merchandise until Customer Services authorizes disposal.

Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we gladly offer you an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping and Handling charges) within 30 days of receipt of your order. A Return Form with instructions is included with your order. Or you may print a copy of the Return Form by clicking here.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in multiples of $25.00 on request.
